Thank you so much for welcoming me to your community. I am so excited to be working with you and your children. Please feel free to read the attached letter to learn a little about me.
Unfortunately, due to issues with the town's streaming equipment we are unable to stream tonight's school board meeting. Town officials have been alerted. We apologize for the inconvenience.
I hope you all are finding some enjoyment in all of our soggy weather! One way to enjoy a rainy day is to settle in with a good book. Don't forget to participate in the Read to Ride Summer Challenge sponsored by Maine Department of Education. Here are the steps:
Read (or for young learners, be read to) at least 500 minutes this summer — that’s just 20 minutes a day for 25 days.
Record your reading on the Read to Ride Passport (PDF).
Ask your parent/guardian to document your reading by signing your passport.
Return your passport to your school principal by Sept. 22, 2023.

On June 6th, Glenburn band and chorus performed in a concert for our families. Well done chorus, band and Mrs. Cousins!
Many thanks to Mrs. Heidi Thayer for planning such an amazing Field Day! We couldn't have done it without all our MANY parent volunteers!!! Thank you so much for your time, effort and kindness to our students. The day included a DJ, a photo booth, outside dining, bubbles, relay races, chalk drawings, face painting, hula hoops, limbo, water balloon toss and more!

Tuesday night was a huge success! Many turned out to have Meghna sign books. She also did an amazing job explaining her journey to the crowd. Well done, Meghna Vijay!
Summer Library Program
Come and join Meghna Vijay tonight at the public library from 6:00pm -7:00pm for her book signing! There will be a few books available for purchase. Hope to see you there!
