Glenburn Summer Rec Day Camp
Starts Monday, June 22, 2026
Registration Will Open for full time participants, APR 2
Part-timers can register starting April 21 pending availability
Forms are available at the Glenburn Town Office ONLY!
Deadline to register with deposit is May 29, 2026
A maximum of 30 participants per day
Program runs for 8weeks June 22 through August 14, 2026

TIME: 7:30am – 5:30pm Mon – Fri
*Exception – July 4– Closed for Holiday
Who: Children entering Kindergarten through 6th grade in Sept 2026
**Maximum of 30 participants & a minimum of 10 per day, to run the program the Glenburn Rec Dept reserves the right to cancel any weeks that do not meet the minimum & will reimburse accordingly**.
Weekly Fees & due dates: all depend on which option & which weeks you choose, however, all weekly payments are due on the Thursday prior to the week your child is participating.
Required by May 29; $25 non-refundable deposit, to hold spots
$250.00 per week – per child (8 weeks)
$300.00 per week for non-resident
$75.00 per day – minimum of 3 days required
$85.00 per day for non-residents – minimum of 3 days
$10 late fee for any week you are late (Wkly Payments due Thursdays)
Fees not paid in full prior to the week your child is planning on attending, then your child will NOT be able to attend on that following Monday.
DISCOUNT – If full-time participant & you pay for all 8 weeks up front by May 29 you will receive $75 off
Weekly & Daily unpaid balances are due Thursdays prior to each week of participating
ALL payments are to be made at the Glenburn Town Office
Program is held at Glenburn Elementary
Program Includes: Snacks, In & Outdoor games, movies, music, craft making,
learning, along with field trips and a lot of laughter & fun
PARENTS are responsible to send lunches, proper clothing & other items as needed,
like towels, sunscreen, etc

Glenburn Parks & Rec is looking for a full-time day camp assistant from 11-5:30 at $16 per hour and a part-time person from 1:30-5:30pm at $15.10 per hour, both jobs are Mon-Fri and runs June 22-Aug 14
The assistant should be fun-energetic - likes working & playing with children, be responsible, dependable, will carry out the schedule for the rest of the day, be responsible for the children, the school, other staff, pick up at the end of the day, make sure all the children are picked up before locking up the building.

Please indicate to us if you will need to utilize the bus for your child to get home and we will sign them up. We will reach out to you with details regarding when busing will begin.
